I made a chocolate valentine cake with strawberry cream cheese icing.  The iciing is so good that you want to spoon out whats left in the bowl and eat it.  Also, making chocolate covered strawberries.

you're my kind of baker!  I made a square white cake with center filled with strawberry.  I iced with cream cheese icing tinted red.  

 

Just like you forget the cake--I'd prefer to eat the leftover  icing in bowl🙂🙂

I bought a big strawberry cheesecake, and we opened 2 bottles of Champagne 🥂.
