ADVICE ON HOW TO MAKE A DIP INTO A PIE

Here is a great recipe for a Toffee Dip....

2 8oz cream cheese...
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla3/4 toffee chips

It is delish to serve with apples!! But I'd like to make it for X-Mas Eve, and I don't want to serve it with apples. I was thinking of using graham crackers or with pretzels. Then I thought about making it into a pie with a graham crust. I thought about putting a layer of caramel in the pie shell first, with this on top of it, then drizzling with a little more caramel, and maybe finely crushed pretzels.

When it it's cold, it is stiff and needs to sit a bit to soften. Do you think I could make this into a pie? Based on the ingredients Do you think it be too soft? Any advice on how to do his would be great!! Thanks!!
