ACK!! Help Q Ladies! Have a Sirloin Tip Roast...Recipes???

Boy, I just got myself into a dilemna!!

I have a 2.79lbs Grass Fed Sirloin Tip Roast and I am slightly 'Clueless'....{#emotions_dlg.blushing} {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

For YEARS hubby refused to eat most red meats and comes home with this!! I AM Very HAPPYSmile, but just so used to making chicken, turkey and a Steak for myself!!

It is wrapped with string and it looks very nice; I just do not want to ruin it.

Should it be seared then put into a roasting pot? (I have glazed cast iron).

Would that be more of a Pot Roast then???

Should this be treated like Roast Beef and only cooked more Rare??

I ALWAYS have on hand Fresh Carrots, Turnips/Rutabagas, Onions

(sorry, but have to add that it is quite a very pricey piece of meat{#emotions_dlg.crying})
