Boy, I just got myself into a dilemna!!
I have a 2.79lbs Grass Fed Sirloin Tip Roast and I am slightly 'Clueless'....

For YEARS hubby refused to eat most red meats and comes home with this!! I AM Very HAPPY
, but just so used to making chicken, turkey and a Steak for myself!!
It is wrapped with string and it looks very nice; I just do not want to ruin it.
Should it be seared then put into a roasting pot? (I have glazed cast iron).
Would that be more of a Pot Roast then???
Should this be treated like Roast Beef and only cooked more Rare??
I ALWAYS have on hand Fresh Carrots, Turnips/Rutabagas, Onions
HELP!!!!
(sorry, but have to add that it is quite a very pricey piece of meat
)
