We have a college football game on Thanksgiving evening. We are going to have family members over at our motorhome to have our meal. I would appreciate any ideas on dishes that would be convenient to prepare for this. I can fix some things and freeze them and heat them up, but would like some unique ideas that would be tasty. We shall have about 11 people there. Thanks!

Mini baked turkey sliders, you can prepare them ahead , I sometimes use the throw away pans.  I really like the new Sara Lee Hawaiian rolls they are so delish.

Thank you, hayseed0! I have made some of these with ham before, and this recipe  didn't even cross my min( i guess I was thinking turkey). . I will certainly rethink these for an option.

While I have not made them, the first thing that came to mind was stuffing balls.  Stuffing is a major part of Thanksgiving, and these should be easy for everyone to eat.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

While this is not a handheld dish, how about a layered Thanksgiving casserole?

Turkey (sliced, pulled or diced) gravy, cranberry sauce, dressing, more gravy, green beans, top with mashed potatoes and French fried onions.

Doesnt have to be in that order and you can personalize. You can add sweet potatoes, etc.

Use a disposable pan, get disposable bowls and spoons.

An all-in-one Thanksgiving.

@MagnoliaMs

Okay, I keep pondering. If you make the casserole...

Bake some corn muffins. Make pumpkin pie bars instead of pie.

With as as many people as you are having, at least two casseroles, a few batches of muffins and a couple (3?) pans of bars.

It may not look like many different dishes but it has all the tastes of Thanksgiving.

And and of course, extra gravy!
