911 needed for my CORN MUFFINS!

I'm sitting here choking down another dry corn muffin. I don't understand why mine always turn out dry, when the ones I buy from the store are nice and moist. What do they do that I'm not doing? If someone out there has a good recipe for moist corn muffins, please share.
