I am not a fan of graham cracker crust so I never make anything with that ingredient, but 7 layers bars was requested so I will make it...I like the bars, just not the crust.

I have frozen them before and they have been fine. I put mine in a container and use wax paper between the bars. I freeze a lot of the goodies that we make and then take out and eat as wanted or send off to others.

You can make the crust out of other things besides graham crackers; vanilla wafers, sugar cookies, butter cookies, nutter butter cookies, etc.

I love the and so does DS so he gets a whole pan!  I generally make 4 9 x 13 of these for my trays and DS for Christmas.  I love them barely cooled!!!

I will have to make 6 layer bars - my husband really dislikes coconut.
