I just tried both of these and they were both huge winners! The squash was fantastic and I used 50% reduced fat pepperjack and fat free milk in mine. It was low cal and tasted really rich and was really satisfying with turkey meatloaf as a side. The brownies had a really wonderful texture. I cannot imagine not liking either one of these recipes.

I cooked the squash in the microwave and it was super easy. I made sure to blot all the water out of it before mixing with the sauce. I reminds me of mac and cheese without the guilt.

These brownies were fantastic and so easy! All in one bowl and they tasted so rich and chewy moist. Be sure not to overbake. I froze mine so I can have as "needed for a treat.
