I hope I am not flooding the boards with these types of threads (especially since I just posted about 50 Asian recipes, eek!) but I had to share this one as well.  I just bought a valu-pak size tray of boneless, skinless chicken thighs so I was thrilled to receive this email just now:

That's one of my favorite sites too! The recipes are pretty quick & easy, with easy to find ingredients (or we already have most of them) and are delicious!

Oh thanks everybody for your kind words!  I really love these email blasts when I receive them as you can scan through what you would like and save them for future meals.  I am not the most experienced cook so many of these recipes are very new to me.

The one I received today for me was just the best.  So my kind of cooking so I am glad I am not flooding the boards . . . .

And ps, @KingstonsMom I so agree about the damndelicious site!  Allrecipes used to be my go to place to look for interesting recipes but this place has almost replaced it . . . they have so many interesting yet relatively easy recipes . . . love them!
