I made the fudge and it is delicious but it did not harden enough for some reason.  I probably did something wrong again  Thanks for the good recipe.

@ciao_bella  Thanks for sharing your recipe, I might try it during the holidays if I can find some dairy-free white chocolate chips. 

I used to make this recipe every year, sometimes I would share with coworkers, sometimes not....  It's always been on my list of things to do to try to veganize this recipe, but I really don't need to be alone with a pan of fudge.
