Removing the extensions is a great improvement. She looks fantastic with her new color, and style.

She looks different and it's not just her hair, makeup and new nose.  Something with the eyes, and the lips too (unless it's just they way they have been lined.)

I liked her original (pre new nose)  look better.  I thought she looked exotic.

I thought so too, that it made her look exotic, so funny you said that - I said that to my hubby a couple months ago as well.
