Write and complain directly to the CEO of QVC. Years ago I had a problem with a return from what is now Evine Live and kept getting thr run around. I looked on line for who the president of the company was and wrote him a letter and told him about my situation. He called me personally and apologized for the inconvenience and gave me my refund.

No matter what you send emails about, you get the same "generic" answers. After watching Susan Graver tonight & realizing how she is changing names of the same clothing items, yet tacking on another $10.+, & the change in the forums.........I am seriously about done with QVC.

QVC social team is locking down more & more threads. Why even bother to have the forums up?

@september @baker yes, I have written my letter and will send it tomorrow. I always like to let it "rest" a day and then re-read it before I mail it out.
