It's misleading and I always wonder if it helps encourage compulsive shoppers.

I also find it frustrating because if i have QVC on in the background, sometimes I think that the "x amount to get it home" is the total price and, in my excitement, it takes me a few moments to realize that this is just a monthly payment.

It's really annoying.
