If you click on the heart, it takes you to the QVC version of Pinterest, called "Togather".

It's like the heart on Etsy, sort of, in that you can "favorite" the item, without adding it to your wishlist.

I have Adblocker and I don't see the hearts, they count as advertising to my blocker.
