what QVC and Clarisonic just did for me!

Not long ago on the brds here I mentioned my classic Clarisonic of only about 1 1/2 yrs old, began buzzing loudly when I use it. This started happening only about a month ago. It's so annoying to me that I actually stopped using it and put it away.

I just received a phone call from a QVC rep (I want to say Karen perhaps) who asked me about this problem, having read my post here. After we talked about it, she strongly urged I phone Clarisonic and talk to them about the problem....which I promptly did and here's what happened...

Miss Vicky at Clarisonic very kindly registered mine because I did not know I was supposed to do that. She knew it was about a yr and a half old BUT she said the warranty is 2 years! Who knew! I didn't. So long story short, Vicky is sending me a new classic pink replacement, starting over with a new 2 yr warranty. I will register this one and return my old one.

I was so taken aback by not only QVC phoning me about this, but then to have a new classic Clarisonic on it's way from Vicky, well I'm kind of 'speechless' if you will!

Thank you QVC for your timely and very unexpected attention to this for me!
