shipped, on the 2/2/11 called in shipped 2/3/11?

I really don't like being lied to. when a person tells me they cant cancel my order because it has already shipped and it hasn't.. Just makes them out to be a liar. called UPS and they checked it out and they don't have it?? they cancelled the software asap it was coming 3/7/11? why would anyone ship software after or before hardware, they need to get there eggs all in one basket...I really don't want this computer, I'm 100% disabled Veteran and I have to go back into the VA hospital soon and I don't want this computer or the software which I can get for free...

P.S. I won't ever order anything again if they cant cancel my order using UPS call it back program...
