secure bottle of wen

I received a bottle of wen kids detangle mist in watermelon and the pump was already in the bottle and a good portion had leaked out. I would hope there is an alternative way to mail this out, maybe secure the bottle and ship the little pump seperate in the package so that when one comes home they have a good product!

hope you called for a full refund or replacement.

maybe they wont make you return the leaking bottle?

@Boomernichols : This sounds to me like you received someone's return. Whenever l order WEN, I receive a sealed, capped bottle, with the pump enclosed separately.

Definately wouldn't use, call CS and send it back for a new one!

@Boomernichols I am so sorry that you received the Wen detangler leaking. I have issued a replacement with express delivery of 6/13.
