I have not received a letter but I am being very careful about purchasing very much anymore. I have had to return items because the size charts for the "specific" item are not reliable anymore. As a customer I have had to pay too much for items that are clearly not as described. The charts used to be very accurate. And free exchanges are a joke. By the time my exchange gets processed the size I need is gone. Then if you do pay up front I have to call the get my return shipping fee credited to my account! A CSR told me it's the system. I guess their system needs a lot of work!

@arezzo. You must return a lot of stuff to get more than one letter about your returns. Maybe you need to look at why you return so much stuff.

@Spurt    The past few years, I've averaged 30 garment purchases per month.  Yes, I know that's excessive but it's my thing.  I study each one carefully before I pull the trigger.  I can remember only one time this year when something didn't fit.  I should have noticed that a pair of woven, not knit, pants had no Spandex thus no stretch and didn't fit like others.  I received 4 items yesterday which all fit fine except the two pairs of pants are too long.  I knew when I ordered them they would be.  I sew, so I can hem them easily.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

@Kachina624 @I'm showing your post to my husband so he'll know how much worse I could be when it comes to ordering. 7C92CB1D-41D0-40A0-AD77-7AF14D2610EA.jpeg

@Mindy D   Woohoo!  I don't have a husband.  Answer to no one.
