replay issues - no sound

Is anyone having problems when watching video's?  They start to play for a few seconds and then the sound goes away - even when I try to adance the video - you can see by the "bars" that appear that a sound is playing, but this started to me a couple of weeks ago.  Just wondering if it is happening to anyone else - and Q  - if you read this, please fix it.  Thanks....

Yes, it's been happening for me too.  What I do to get around the problem is look up the product on youtube.  The videos play just fine on youtube. All the past presentations are listed on youtube, so sometimes I can get to watch a few different ones for the same product.

 

It's annoying, I agree.

I have been having the reverse issue sometimes...sound but no picture. The situation can feel crazy. I hope it eventually gets fixed.

Sometimes it’s your browser. It happened to me abd I switched browsers and it worked
