I just had this happen to me this morning.  First time I have seen it, but my orders are few and far between.  I always like to watch the tracking though.  I had one item that was in the preparing stage forever, went to UPS, went to USPS, then back to UPS..........it was finally delivered after 2 weeks of this nonsense.

I finally got my top that I could never track.  It was in with another completly different order so even IF CS had answered they would not have been able to find it either.

 

Social Team, could you look into this so it doesn't happen again?  I do like to track my orders and am able to with other companies.  Thank you.
