I've never gotten a postcard with any money off from the Q.  I've received quite a few discounts from HSN (via emails), but never the Q.

@SeaMaiden- Do you have a Q-Card?  Maybe it's tied up with that.

     @VegasBusinessWoman         @Venezia  No. No Qcard.  I have been a customer for 30 plus years at least.  Other than that....nothing else.  I think it is a random thing, much like the coffee mug some people received and many did not.

I received those also but when I try to use them they are not honored with no explanation.

@VancouverUSAgal, this happens to us every time we try to use the coupons at checkout. Just give CS a call and tell them you are trying to use your discount coupon and it is not being accepted at checkout.

Where are my discount post cards?  With all the money that I spend with QVC I should be getting those post cards daily.  Just sayin'.

I also got a 2nd postcard exactly like my first one -- explaining how to use EZ Pay.  No discount.   Doesn't matter.  I wouldn't use it anyway.
