We're near Canandaigua, got QVC on 15.2, but tonight it's scrambled and 'no signal' message. What's up???

Try contacting Time Warner, now Spectrum. They may be experiencing an outage.

I live close to syracuse and haven't had a problem recently. We did have a problem with the weather channel though , my hubby is obsessed with the weather channel so he called about it and it took a couple of days for them to fix it , but they did . Could be that they are still working out problems since spectrum took over. This seems to happen when companies have a merge. Keep calling them and hopefully they will fix the problem , I understand how frustrating it is to not be able to view a favorite channel because of cable problems , have had it happen many times.
