I placed an order with Macy's on Wednesday and received it Saturday.

 

I placed an order with Kohl's on Monday and received it Friday.

 

I placed an order with Lands End on June 30th and received it July 6th.

 

I've placed orders with other retailers in the last 3 of months and received them within 7-10 days.  

 

I placed an order with Q on March 10th and received it May 21st.  Given all the issues I've read about, 2+ months was a bonus.  

 

I'm not ordering anything else from Q until they get their act together.  If other retailers can do it, so can Q.
