once I see it is being shipped from ontario california it is another 10 days and i immediately call customer service and cancel. THe nerve to send it across the country to south florida. one would think with technology they could get their ****** together and use their computer to ship things faster as to where people live, but I can only assume qvc uses the cheapest IT company, and cheapest shipping.

i agree. It has become a full time job for me, qvc should pay me for shopping with them. glad to announce purchased my last item tonight and I am done. More success at the mall, no shipping, and allow 6 months to return.  Bye bye looser qvc
