Wonder what that's all about? More concerned about a "data breach" than trying to get compensation.

Anyone else see anything like this? Law office was "Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP."

This stinks like a scam.

I would not respond in any way.   They will be looking for your account infoa nd trying to access your payment methods, likely to steal your identify or cc info.

@amyb.  I got that in my Facebook feed a couple weeks ago but chalked it up to another scheme by lawyers to get rich(er).

It's a scam.  I am friends with someone on IG who went to the site directly to check it out.  They have many, many companies listed that have and have not sold individuals' data.  The funny part was that QVC isn't even listed on their site at all.  Her conclusion as well as other IG comments is that it's data mining from one of those large chasing profit law firms.

Ok, got it. Felt scammy. That's why I didn't click on anything. As I said, I wasn't so much thinking "oh, let me go file for my $2500!" ...as I was just wondering if there really had been a data breach. And was just plain wondering what it was. I get letters in the mail, occasionally, with class action suits over these type things too.

I would not click on it, let alone believe it.

If it was legit, you'd hear something on real news or in real media.
