It means nothing except that they want your money. QVC shipping and shipping return costs means I am buying virtually no gifts from QVC this year. Only a set of fleece sheets for my mom.

I don't know what it means either as Q has never had Black Friday deals on or before Black Friday that I know of. It's their loss since people will be shopping at places that do have the deals.

It's a long held retail terminology.

Retailer's refer to the weekend after Thanksgiving as Black Friday because it notoriously put retailers "in the black" financially, a chance to get into "the red" dollar wise even after a slow year.

Many stores depend on the weeks between Black Friday and Christmas for most of their revenue. Hence the term.

It means nothing more than the same old, same old. I haven't watched Q since the gold day in August 2015. Most of us could quote the spheels for the products...and the reincarnations of those products.
