Well maybe you will get lucky and really like the towels. I had a issue a few times with wanting to change my mind and was told I could send the item back and I wouldn't have to pay to have them shipped back and could receive a full refund. You can always try another person at customer service at 1-800-367-9444.

I’m still waiting on a Philosophy order I placed on July 10th! Seems like as soon as we got a QVC distribution center 20 minutes away, my orders are taking twice as long. 🤷‍♀️
