"As Is" Info

I order a lot of "as is" but I've never seen this come up before I order.

 

Is this a "new" policy seems even if "defective" you don't get orig s/h.  Maybe, I just never noticed this disclaimer & haven't returned a "as is".

@homedecor1  - I ordered a set of Valerie's deer "as is" and one had a broken leg (leg wasn't even in the box).  I returned and got a full refund, including original shipping and didn't pay for return shipping.

I guess I just never noticed this at the bottom of the information before.  I've had great luck with "as is" --

I ordered as is sketchers recently,the price was good.Then a few days later I noticed that they now were on back order.what gives,this wasps is item,Anyone know the answer?
