pop ups

Hi Everybody, I have been getting pop ups on my QVC website for almost a week. We have Norton and we have gone through all the programs and I installed a malware site and ad blocker plus. I have reported this problem to QVC and they are sympathetic but they offer no solutions. I am wondering if anyone has experienced this recently. I also have my pop up blocker on also. Is there something wrong with this website that we don't know about. Thank you for all your help and comments.

I think this ay be something other than a QVC issue. I never get pop ups on this site.

I never get pop ups & I'm on the Q site just about every day or so
