received an expensive watch from Q - no protection around it, bubble wrap for example, in a standard blue box in a standard brown envelope. goodness knows how it had been tossed around in the shipping process. i am surprised it worked. Q - have more respect for the products you sell and protect them until they get into my hands. shoddy.

Weird, I usually get these huge boxes no matter the size of the item. We usually comment on what a waste it is.
