OP maybe your problem occurred because QVC was doing some type of update (or correction) to the website at the time your were trying to view your account, and maybe that is what caused the freezing. Before the update I had periodic problems accessing my account too...
Did you try using a difference browser, deleting your java cache, flash cache, and browser history.....

The freezing up has nothing to do with Q's website. My suggestion is to run a full scan of your PC. Even if Q was working on its website, it would freeze up just Q and not your whole computer.
IMO, the changes aren't a big deal. Everything is still there. Yes, it takes a couple of extra clicks to get where you want (which isn't very efficient) but it's not difficult to use. Spend a few minutes playing with the new format.

I like the new website, and find nothing difficult about it at all. No learning curve required, and I also find it visually cleaner to the eye. In fact, it's similar to other online retail websites (I shop at many, probably too many). In my opinion, QVC is thankfully catching up to the look & feel of a good customer shopping experience.
That is, until you realize they still rotate the same products at higher prices, but that's another thread...

I don't like my order status is covered up by another bar on the top page. And when I get into the order status there is a white page covering up my statement of what I ordered etc.... QVC should have left well enough alone!

I just logged on ( or should I say TRIED to log on) and, the NEW Q made me jump through all kinds of hoops, in doing so.
My Wish List is suddenly gone...

and I can assure them that MY FUTURE BUSINESS will go ELSEWHERE !

I'm not having trouble navigating the site but there are a few kinks that I find bothersome. I don't like that the videos aren't available when you're at the item number. You need to click on the video tab when you're searching for the item. I'm not sure I'm making myself clear but I don't know how to explain it better.
I also don't like that there are so many drop down areas that I accidentally ""hit"" when I move my cursor too near the top of the page.
I also think the new site is more difficult for my ""impaired"" vision. There is too much ""white space"" and not enough contrast for my eyes to adjust well enough to see clearly.
I'm hoping they are still working on it and some of these issues will be corrected.
