must share my wonderful experience with QVC'S CS.

I had ordered something by check. Decided to switch to a Credit Card.

Thought i could do it myself by changing method of payment.

Did check my order status,and saw it was still on Check status.

I just called,and very nice man said he could do it for me. Not only did he change the method of payment. Gave 2 easy pays that was offered on that show.

Just had to share this with all of you.

QVC ROCKS.
