I ordered a Dennis Basso coat on Saturday night and received it this morning ! Wow. 

By the way this is only the 2nd DB coat I have ordered but they are packed beautifully .

Kudos? For simply doing their job? I regularly order items elsewhere that are delivered within 2-3 days. QVC has the worst shipping of anywhere I have ever ordered. Endless days of 'processing' than days longer in the mail. Terrible!

I know it...BF ordered Air Fryer TSV Sunday, received it this morning!! We were shocked!

They must have really amped it up during Christmas, and are doing expedited UPS.

I have to say, I've seen a lot of complaints about QVC since Covid, but I haven't had one problem in timing, delays, packaging etc. I haven't ordered a lot, but since March shutdown we've ordered several food items, got them right away, and a few other things, no problem.

Other than my Amazon Prime, which of course is 2 day delivery...QVC is on par with everyone else I've ordered from, which is generally 5-7 days for all others I've bought from.

I have been getting my orders from QVC much faster than in the past.  A definite improvement.

My QVC orders were coming within an expected timeframe for a few months, however, rather slow during the past two weeks.  

I suspect they are overwhelmed with orders.  There were warnings to order early.

Really @Kachina624 no times have changed here.  I have several things I've ordered that have been "in process" for 5 or more days now.  Glad to hear "as always" things for you with QVC are sill going so well. I agree with @Onefineday terrible.

@Silver Fox1.  As you can see many of us are quite happy.  Perhaps yours are vendor shipped items?

  What coat did you buy ? I've bought two of his coats and  have been happy, so am curious as to which coat you bought.
