I placed an order on December 17th, promised delivery for the Christmas holiday. It is now Jan. 4th, no package. Oh I did get my bill. They can delivery that OK on time. That promise QVC did keep.

It also can depend on where the item ships from. The only way to get an answer specific to the product you ordered is to call customer service or send an email to them.
