I have been on the q for 30 year and one day about 8 years ago started watching hsn I want to give the stations some love because we have the best hosts going They are all so professional and just down to earth people There is one on hsn I cant stand but she is professional and does know her products Why anyone would believe a word out of he mouth is beyond anything I can figure out but this feeling is personal It must be so hard to pick the right people What product hosts do you think would make great hosts ? My choices are Carrie from Cuddle Duds Amy from Clarks and Lauren from Sketchers

I agree with you about Amy and Lauren, they are wonderful host and come very well prepared for their shows. I will have to think about this and come up with a name or two. I think I know who you are referring to on HSN. Drives me crazy.

Enjoy the Rep of Dooney and Bourke (Sue) I could listen to her go on and on..on..smooth, soft voice. On the other hand..same can't be said about
several of the newer hosts. You wouldn't think voice makes a difference
But.....It sure does! Remember many actors couldn't cross over talkies.
Lost careers because of extreme sounding voices. Really is a problem.

There are two different categories:
1) QVC or HSN hosts
2) Product presenters or reps
Caling them all hosts is confusing.

David Dangle and Linda Davies come to mind.

Because my very first experience with HSN's predecessor was bad, when I finally started to use TV shopping more, I tried QVC and I've pretty much stayed here. Have done not much better at HSN even on other tries and I buy so seldom right now, I see no reason to try to get used to the other channel.
There once learned a theory in psychology that we know what we like BUT we also like what we know. I'm probably that way with the shopping channels. I still know many of the Q hosts and products, but I don't spend more than maybe 5 minutes a month on Q2, HSN, and all the other shopping stations combined! I can't imagine ever knowing them well enough to want to watch more.

Without a doubt, it would be Bethany Lori, IMO. She's currently the Vince Camuto brand representative, and formerly was the rep. for Oryany handbags.
She has a pleasant speaking voice, nice personality, and is knowledgeable about the product-- a true professional all around.

@mollymaggie Does her first name begin with an Sh and end with an N.....Just asking because of all of the HSN hosts she would be the one I would further investigate in regards to her claims
SN: the embellishing goes to a new level when she presents with his names begins with an A...especially during electronics presentations.

I know there are many suggestions as to who would make a good host, but personally I don't think the reps or models would be interested in being a host. JMO
