The QVC holiday return policy is officially in effect as of today—all gift purchases can be returned until 1/31/20.

Just in case anyone is interested in the fine print:

Shop with confidence--any holiday gift you purchase now until December 24 at 11:59am ET can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee until 1/31/20, or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size. Restrictions may apply.

QVC’s Holiday Gift Return Policy does not apply to Blowout Clearance Price items. QVC will only accept returns or exchanges for product defects or QVC errors. Call Customer Service at 888-345-5788 for such returns.

@loriqvc @Yes, that would be great! In the meantime, I’m taking advantage of the free shipping on Clinique products today. I already purchased 3 items for my husband today, but still filling my cart for my items. Speaking of cart...I had a lot of items in my cart that eventually turned over to my saved items, but today I noticed that I only had a few items showing. Now, I can’t remember everything that I had in there. A Lot of times, I do my shopping from my saved items which makes shopping a lot easier...and I spend more. 🤭  I noticed other posters have mentioned this, but thought I was safe. Not so.  

Oh, good to see Philosophy selling shower soap in smaller bottles. Before, I would Never purchase 32oz, but 16 oz bottle is better. Maybe 8 oz bottles just in case you’re not sure, or you buy several different fragrances. They’re minimizing sales by only offering such large bottles. Who wants 32oz of a product you don’t like the fragrance of? That’s why I would never purchase before. I’ll be putting one in my cart, if I can make up my mind. 😊

I agree about the sizes of the Philosophy shower gels.  I will no longer buy any in sizes larger than 16 oz.  I will have to see what is available in even smaller sizes.  That would be good for me as I like to use a different scent every day so I have many bottles open.   Those huge bottles are too difficult to store and they last forever!

What/how qualifies as "gift"? Do you have to click something as "gift" when purchasing, or is it really anything you purchase?

Everything purchased from September 21st are considered gifts and as such are eligible for return by the end of January. Our holiday return policy also includes the Christmas in July and August as well.
