Yes until midnight.

I was able to cancel something I ordered from QVC a couple of weeks ago.  I made the order in the morning and was able to cancel later that afternoon. 

Many, many places do not let you cancel on-line orders.  Once you hit submit, the merchandise is yours.

Just the other day I ordered some boots for my daughter. I ordered gray because the color I wanted was sold out. Wasn’t sure she would like the gray so I cancelled the order. I did this on the app. Honestly I didn’t know if This would work because I have tried to cancel Something before and been told it’s in process.
