It means anyone that reads your post, agrees with it and likes what you posted.

@lovemybichonfrise  Yes but not always. Sometimes people heart a poster who has mentioned the person on a post with an @ to that person, just to acknowledge the callout. I do that even when I disagree (or don't like) what the poster said. It's just an acknowledgment that I saw my callout.

Would be nice if we had a few acknowledgment icons to choose from, such as thumbs up or down and a lol, and not just the heart. Sometimes the heart is not quite the right emoji.
