Anyone else getting asked for this when they use automated ordering? I was calling from my home phone one night and instead of asking for my PIN, it asked for an 8 digit number. Since I had no idea, I had to talk to a CS person to order. She gave me the number and said it was something new. I wrote it down so I have it, but I'm not really sure why I should have to enter something other than my PIN or verify my phone number to place an order from my own phone, but it has happened twice since then.
It has also had the effect of stopping "impulse" middle of the night shopping since I'm not getting out of bed to locate it. All in all, that's probably a good thing.
I just wondered if anyone else had this happen to them?
