empty box

I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else: I ordered Liz C. sunglasses, Yesterday there was a box in my mail box-the tape had been opened and there was nothing inside except a wad of paper.

On the bottom side of the box it said "packing slip inside"-this had been marked out with a black marker. When I called customer service-there was an immediate refund-no questions asked-which I found strange.

This almost sounded to me that it happens a lot-like it was a return; reship.-Anyway I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else-receiving an empty box on anything ordered.

Several questions: Did someone at the Q make a mistake?, Did someone during the shipping get a free pair of sunglasses?, is someone at the post office sporting a new pair?- Just seemed a little strange that no one needed any more info-
