I was disappointed to see my email address is now required to use qvc.com to check my order status. It should be up to me to decide who I give my email address to, especially since I've had trouble with QVC sending email after I asked to be removed from mailing lists. I don't see why this is necessary. To me, an email address is less secure than a customer number. QVC, I have cut way back on my ordering due to your decreasing quality and high shipping costs. This move may just cause me to close my account and be done, already. You don't carry anything I can't find elsewhere.
