My jeans boot cut were suppose to be short 28 1/2 well I go to get them shorten and she measured 30 inches no wonder they dragged on the ground I am 5 foot. Angel your short doesn't run true to size. I think you should have 27 1/2 length there is a lot more short people I'm sorry I can't buy your jeans I have bought a lot of tops I was a customer from the beginning .
