cheesecake delivery

Just talked to a CS rep about the cheesecakes. What happens if you don't get them by the 24th? We are UPS Basic Rural. She could not answer my question and kept saying Customer Service would take care of it. I tried explaining that that was not the issue. I wanted them by Thansgiving. Finally she hung up on me and never did answer my question. Has anyone else not received a product by the promised date and what did the Q do?
