can someone explain this to me: in process/label printed

I ordered the IT cosmetics concealer on 3/19. On that day, my order status said 'order date 3/19, label printed 3/19'. I thought oh nice, it'll get shipped right away. I checked again on 3/20 and this time it said 'order date 3/19, label printed 3/20'. that's odd. I checked again on 3/21, just to see and sure enough it then said, 'order date 3/19, label printed 3/21'. I checked just now and it says 'order date 3/19, label printed 3/22'. what is going on?? are they really printing a new label each day, and if so, why? If they are not, why do they bother showing is the 'label print' date if it is totally made up?

can anyone explain this to me?
