Please don't call CS about the forums.  They have nothing to do with it.  It's not their fault.  They have a very difficult job already.

 I called them today and politely explained that there are people who have friends on the forums.

  I'm almost deaf and I can have conversations here. 
  I explained that many people here don't want to go on Facebook and I won't.  And the forums offer suggestions about items that I've purchased. The operator said she would contact other people in charge. 

  With Facebook in the news today and quite a mess it won't be the same.
