as is item, where did it go?

Recently ordered an as is temptations set. Received ed wrong item in shipment.called an got run around about problem,told to return item and correct item would be shipped. Should have in 4-5 days.checked after 5 days on progress and called customer service,told it would be shipped asap.next day was still in process.day after showed up as returned a second time. Called customer service again told ups returned. refund issued. Why? Where is the product I ordered and why can"t I get it. Last shopping experience on qvc for me!!

Don't do exchanges, reorder the item. If it doesn't show as available, you won't get it anyway.
