I placed an order thru dot com last night & because I've had problems with them not getting into QVC's system, I copied & pasted the order number & the other pertinent info into an email to myself & sent it. I've still never gotten a confirmation email for QVC & when I look at my orders on the My Account section of the CS website , it's not there, yet when I looked at my bank's website at my credit card activity, the order number is there with the amount. I'll give it until tomorrow during regular business hours & if I still haven't gotten a confirmation email or the order shows up under My Account info, I'll call CS.
The last time this happened, I didn't think to get the order #, so I didn't have anything for the CS rep to check into, but this time, I do.
ETA: I finally just got the order confirmation e-mail, nearly a full 24 hours later. Usually, the confirmation e-mail comes within seconds of placing the order.
