I've been checking a certain order daily , it's been in process since Tuesday . Ordinarily I check every so often but this item i was anxious to get to wear on the 4th fir our family reunion . Was checking last night and had checked earlier as well and the whole order was Gone! Not listed within my orders any longer . I did Email Q social and Beth was very helpful , CS @ Q social are always eager to help, she got right back to me and said everything was alright with my order and it should arrive on July 3rd . I realize that is all she can do for me it's up to the warehouse to get orders out. It has been saying that date all week . I can't figure out why it isn't listed though , Cause if it does ship finally I want to track it . I know CS can provide it to me , it's just everything seems a hassle now . Guess I better choose something else in my closet to wear. Anyone else have this happen to them where orders disappear? I'm disappointed, lesson learned don't count on something arriving in a timely manner , and have a back up plan. If it is a must maybe upgrading shipping. I would even do that now.

From the complaints I've read, it does seem to happen occasionally. CS can see the order but it's not on Order Status.

@Kachina624 First time for me . It is kind of strange, I just hope it ships today.

Yes, two orders disappeared, but reappeared a day or two later.
I bet retailers are sorry they gave us easy access to our orders. Such scrutiny we give to them. Same with shippers wishing they never gave us tracking numbers. Lol.
That's not meant to be criticism, just something I found to be amusing in the midst of all our anguish.

Yes. A garden item I ordered in early 2020 was lost in the mail and I never received it. The tracking stopped somewhere in Ohio and was never seen again. QVC finally gave me a full refund for the item plus shipping.

Yes my husband did . I heard him on the phone placed his order was given an order number.. and approxiamate date.. he called a few wks later no one knew a thing.. even suggested calling HSN .. he was not happy.

I placed an order thru dot com last night & because I've had problems with them not getting into QVC's system, I copied & pasted the order number & the other pertinent info into an email to myself & sent it. I've still never gotten a confirmation email for QVC & when I look at my orders on the My Account section of the CS website , it's not there, yet when I looked at my bank's website at my credit card activity, the order number is there with the amount. I'll give it until tomorrow during regular business hours & if I still haven't gotten a confirmation email or the order shows up under My Account info, I'll call CS.
The last time this happened, I didn't think to get the order #, so I didn't have anything for the CS rep to check into, but this time, I do.
ETA: I finally just got the order confirmation e-mail, nearly a full 24 hours later. Usually, the confirmation e-mail comes within seconds of placing the order.
