My recent jewelry purchase from Ebay came with this email alert:

We have retrieved your item from our warehouse and escorted it to the front on a tasseled feather pillow. 
It was packed with care by our Chief Packer-Shipper-Bottle-Washer using as many recycled materials as we could. 

An orchestra played "So Long, Farewell" from the Sound of Music as we placed the package on the mail cart.   
A grand send off was given with many good wishes, blessings and a speech.  A farewell dance and song, much clapping, a few tears, and waving hands to say so long.  

We hope you love it as much as we have and give it a great new home!

*This is a slight exaggeration of what actually happened.  But we really have packed your item with care and sent it your way.  Rest assured that you will receive your treasure safely or we'll make it right.   We hope you enjoy!

So Cute!  I get the best CS on ebay.  QVC could learn a few things especially on fast shipping.  The EBay sellers often times ship out the same day I order.....and it comes priority FREE  shipping in two days.

Hopefully, more than just QVC is listening...it's different but still puts a smile on your face to know that an item was shipped with care. Now I hope UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL don't interrupt the party while transporting the order to its new home!
