albany and kate sisters?

new to Q but the more i watch the more ive seen host albany and redhead model kate. and they look so much alike. wondering if they are sisters?

I can't imagine that they are remotely related. They look nothing alike, other than maybe the red hair.

I agree and I'm sure that would have been mentioned on air from time to time if they were related.
