a surprising improvement with returns from another shopping channel

I just came back from returning a package to ShopHQ using their return label.  I found waiting for me in my email a confirmation that my return was in transit and should be received within 5 days.  This is new to me.  It seems like at least they are trying to improve the return shipping experience.

Macy's, HSN, and a few other retailers do this too. I like it because I know it's in their system.

JTV is the best at returns---and have to say I got my refund from a QVC return in 10 from when I mailed it back-----was amazed at that--usually it is a good month before I see any movement
