Just FYI, when you get an email stating your order has shipped, that doesn't mean it's out the door - it means that SOMEONE has put a shipping label on it and it could possibly sit there for another 4-5 days before making its way to you. I ordered the Hair max laser comb and received an email that "my item has shipped. When I track shipping (for the past 6 days), the message says UPS has not yet picked up the package. I should have heeded some of the reviews about this item and taken a pass. How can you sell something that the mfr. doesn't even have? This really makes me mad. I was told by Customer service that if it hasn't been shipped by the 22nd, which is the expected delivery date to call them back. QVC might want to be a little pickier about their vendors.

When the tariffs go into effect, we can expect major headaches with " shipping " from the major global suppliers. Might be a good idea to get whatever you think you'd need now.......

They have the worst delivery/returns of any company I order from. Another reason
my purchases have dropped.

You have to familiarize yourself with the shipping and return processes of anywhere you shop that way you know what to expect and what not to expect. Each online shopping experience has it's own virtues. Some worse than others. Pick your poison.

That might not be true technically. When they print out the shipping label you do see that message on tracking. However, the it is up to the UPS person(s) to scan each and every package they pick up from the warehouse. If they miss one in the pile, it will still get to you but will show that same tracking until it is delivered.
This has happened to me numerous times from QVC and other places. The package always gets here.

It's sad to say but this is the #1 reason that when considering a purchase I shop it at other sources to verify when I will receive the merchandise. It's important to me.

As soon as I get a tracking number...I enter it with USPS or UPS, and watch the item move.
If I need something by a particular date...I buy it locally.
